Countersigned
to the attention of Minister of State for Administrative
Reform (Ad-diyar 20/6/2000)
Former
Chief of Teachers' Syndicate forwarded a note to Minister
Hassan Chalak, imploring him to review his case which was
applied to the Ministry of Finance, under the title of
"Court Assistance":
"Your
Highness Minister Hassan Chalak,For the purpose of
facilitating more the administrative transactions,
And,
for the sake of the good people, where you are one of
them, I, hereby, handle you the following note:
-
As
I was pursuing the case of my dismissal in 1984, with
the Lebanese Courts, I forwarded to the Ministry of
Finance an application for "Court Assistance"
on 10/2/2000, and in return, I received the required
attestation on 3/4/2000, i.e. after 53 days.
-
What
astonished me was that the transaction bears 258
signatures for the six Provinces: The transaction was
attached by a copy bearing 54 signatures of Mount
Lebanon Province, and another 32 signatures for North
Lebanon Province, deducing the total signatures in only
two provinces to be = 86. Concluding that the overall
number of signatures in the 6 provinces equals (86 x 3)
258 signatures.
Peace
on the computer, Internet, and the 21 st century.
With
regards,
Antoine
Sibaalani
Remark:
Kindly note that my volunteering attorney forwarded this
admittance attached with 'poverty status certificate', issued
by my village Mayor which was received in 5 minutes, knowing
that only Court is authorized of deciding to issue my
"Court Assistance".
